Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and company information (company name, industry, and — if you fill them in — address and logo). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

2. BUSINESS DATA YOU ENTER

FollyPro is built to store your business's operational data: customer records, jobs, estimates, invoices, change orders, payments, expenses, appointments, price book entries, and any photos or documents you upload (job-site photos, subcontractor compliance documents, etc.). This data is entered by you and the team members you invite, and we process it solely to provide the service to you.

3. VOICE RECORDINGS

If you use Voice Estimate, your recording is sent to our transcription provider (OpenAI's Whisper API) to convert it to text. We don't separately retain the raw audio beyond what's needed to complete that transcription; the resulting text is stored as part of your estimate data, the same as a typed description.

4. COOKIES & TRACKING

FollyPro does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics tracking in the product. We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in, managed by our authentication provider, Supabase.

5. TECHNICAL & LOG INFORMATION

Like virtually any web application, requests to our servers pass through our hosting provider (Vercel), which automatically processes standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security, abuse-prevention, and operational purposes. We don't use this information for advertising.

6. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate FollyPro for you — authenticate you, store your records, and generate documents like estimate and invoice PDFs.
  • Process payments you or your customers initiate.
  • Generate AI Estimate content and transcribe Voice Estimate recordings, when you use those features.
  • Communicate with you about your account (e.g., billing, security, or product notices).
  • Maintain the security and reliability of the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

7. HOW INFORMATION IS STORED

Your account and business data are stored with Supabase, our database, authentication, and file-storage provider, hosted on cloud infrastructure. Every company's data is isolated at the database level — one company's data isn't visible to other FollyPro customers. Photos and documents are stored in private storage and accessed only through short-lived, signed links, never public URLs.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share data only with the service providers needed to run FollyPro, and only what each one needs to do its job:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Stripe — your FollyPro subscription billing and, through Stripe Connect, your customers' invoice payments.
  • Anthropic and/or OpenAI — receive job-description text you submit to generate AI Estimate content (which provider is used depends on our configuration).
  • OpenAI (Whisper) — receives voice recordings you submit through Voice Estimate, to transcribe them.
  • Google — if you connect Google Business Profile, to read your business locations and reviews.

9. PAYMENT INFORMATION

We don't collect or store full card numbers for you or your customers. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant, and Stripe returns only a payment status and reference to FollyPro. This applies both to your own FollyPro subscription payments and to your customers' invoice payments, processed through your connected Stripe account.

10. AI PROCESSING

When you use AI Estimate, the job description you provide, any optional dimensions, and your company's own price book entries (service names, categories, and customer prices — never your internal cost figures) are sent to our configured AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate suggested line items. Avoid including sensitive personal information about your customers beyond what's needed to describe the work.

11. GOOGLE INTEGRATIONS

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, FollyPro requests permission to access your business account so it can read your business locations and customer reviews and display them inside FollyPro. Your Google access tokens are encrypted before being stored. You can disconnect this integration at any time from Settings.

12. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active, so FollyPro keeps working as expected. If you close your account or request deletion, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.

13. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level access controls that isolate each company's data (Row Level Security), and encryption of stored third-party access tokens. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

14. YOUR RIGHTS & PRIVACY REQUESTS

You can access, export, or correct most of your business data directly inside FollyPro. For anything you can't do yourself — including a full data export or a formal privacy request — reach us through our Contact page.

15. ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

FollyPro doesn't yet have a fully self-service account-deletion option. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we'll verify you're the account owner before proceeding, subject to the retention exceptions described above.

16. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FollyPro is a business tool for contractors and service businesses, not a service for children. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and accounts should only be created by adults acting on behalf of a business.

17. INTERNATIONAL DATA

Our infrastructure and service providers may process and store data in the United States. Additional regional data-transfer disclosures — to be confirmed with legal counsel if FollyPro serves customers outside the U.S.

18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we make a material change to this Privacy Policy, we'll let you know inside the product before it takes effect.
